Good food the service was okay but the food took some time to come out. It was nice to eat their because Michigan does not have any.

I LOVE jack in the box! I havent had it for 7 years, since I moved to OH from WA. It taste just the same, AMAZING!

The crew was spot on tonight (Feb 21, 2020). They were short staffed, but those working were hustling and taking good, courteous care of the customers. The dining room was spotless and all of the condiments were stocked. I think this was the best Jack experience we've had since the restaurant opened. Great job guys!

The food is great, store and facilities clean. I’m a huge fan of the Jack in the Box franchises. This is a very well run and organized store. I’ve always been treated professionally, and I’ve never had an issue with either my order or the dining area.

The staff is amazingly amazing. The prices are incredibly incredible. The food is deliciously delicious.

It wasn't as good as I remembered. Burger was a little dry fries were really good. The service was amazing as well.

I love Jack in the box. They make full wholesome burgers and their other options are great. The service at this particular restaurant was extra nice. I haven't had Jack in the Box in over 7 years and I felt very welcome.

Food is good. Service is better. The young woman working the drive thru window ran me down in the parking lot to give me the items that she had forgotten to include in my bag. I was very impressed with her attitude and service. Great stop if you are in the mood for cheap tacos and good burgers.

First time me and my family have are here. Two ladies working did a FANTASTIC job making our food! This will be where the family will come to often, especially if these two ladies are working! These ladies can throw down in a kitchen! Plus excellent skills with dealing with the public! You Jack in the Box and your employees at this location are AMAZING!

Last time I was there the Taco's were the biggest difference I saw ... Not made like the Taco's in Cali which made Jack in the box unique. They are so much better there. These Taco's are like Taco Bell? But the price is still great. Go back to frying them before adding the ingredients. Open more restaurants in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas!! Better yet in Wilmington, Ohio

Jack in the Box is one of the few gems remaining in fast food, I highly highly recommend it. It seems as if you can't go wrong regardless of what you order on their menu.

Man o man talk about some good FRESH food this is the place to be... I haven't had Jack in the Box for about 30 years since they closed the one in Monroe,Michigan and I just had to stop on my way back from Michigan and man I'm glad I did it was just as I remember it even better... Two thumbs up I hope they build one in Louisville,Ky ...

First time eating Jack in the Box... I gotta say, excellent. One of the best fast food burgers I've had, and chicken reminds me of Wendy's but its unique. Very fresh.

First time trying this. It was pretty late on Saturday so drive thru was busy but that's understandable. The food was pretty good the only thing I didn't like was the onion rings they didn't seem to have any onion in them. It could of been a bad batch though. Outside of that I would easily recommend this over any other fast-food place such as McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy's.

The burger was absolutely awful, I could have just gone and gotten the same quality at the local gas station for cheaper. The patties looked like they had been sitting out for far too long and they were dry, but I have a feeling even if it were fresh it would still be disappointing. Go to Wendy's if you want a nice quality fast food burger. Won't be coming back.

I know, it's just a fast food restaurant. Why should I give it 4 stars? It's because I love Jack In The Box tacos and we haven't had a Jack In The Box in Michigan since the early 1980's! This one here is an over 4 hour drive for me to get to and it's the closest one to where I live. Of course I don't drive all this way just to eat tacos, that would be silly, but don't think that I haven't considered it a few times!

Thanks to the nice drive thru lady who understood I just wanted some food on my motorcycle. She offered to bring it out to me on the patio so I didn't have to risk dropping it leaving the drive thru on my bike. Great food, just wish one was in Dayton. So I could enjoy Jack in the Box more

The wait time was rather lengthy and my fries were not hot.

This location is Amazing! It takes a little bit of time to get your food, but its well worth the wait. It feels like they make the food to order. Our tacos and onion rings were crispy and fresh tasting. Other places overcook their onion rings but this location did not. Awesome service and delicious food. We wish we lived closer but we dont mind the drive. Being from California we miss local foods, this helps close the gap. Definitely try eating here, it's a staple on the west coast.

Great menu selection, Clean place of business, 3 stars is because as it gets later the service tends to get worse. However early in the day its actually pretty good. Overall service and hot food done right is key!!! Location is hard to get out of though.

I spoke with the manager a few weeks ago and she explained there be open until 2 a.m. every night, and we show up at 11:55 tonight and no one was there at the store. Pretty lame disappointment to West Chester!!

I went to visit this place at 2 pm and the lobby was closed. I found that weird so I attempted to open both doors and both were locked looked for any sign that may state they were closed but they were not. There was two lazy employees who had locked the lobby just to not deal with customers. We drove through the drive they to ask if the lobby was going to be opening anytime soon and we were hit with unprofessionalism and rudeness. The worker even shut the window and locked it. We caught the entire ordeal on video and since then have sent to corporate. Do not eat here, the workers are not friendly and extremely lazy.

They've got just about everything to satisfy any craving or taste. Open 24 hours which is great for late night food runs. Biscuits are big and like Grandma made.

I love jack in the box and there's not one where I live so when passing through and I saw one I had to stop. The food was fresh and really good. The cashier I wish I remembered her name was so friendly and outgoing and you could tell she really tries to do her best at the job. This location was clean also, no complaints here

Five stars for service and value. The food's average. We only stop here late at night, but the drive-thru crew is friendly, and even with a skeleton crew working, they're pretty quick. There's a place up the road that claims I'll live more (mas) if I choose them, but I get a better feeling about the level of kitchen shenanigans here at Jack In the Box.

Been a while since I have been here these are normally on the west coast. Great to see one here! Great burger and fries along with fresh brewed sweet tea! Awesome job.

We had Burgers with potato wedges and husband had egg rolls. The egg rolls were good along with the potato wedges. We both thought the 2 different burgers flavor was just mediocre. Would definitely try a different menu item next time.

I’ve been to this location a few times in recent weeks. Service has become very slow. Not sure if the people working there are spread too thin or what the cause is. The food is always good. The place is always clean. Just slow service.

The manager of this location is so sweet and professional. She is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to this location (1 hour drive).

First time ever eating jack in the box and it will be my last. The burger wasn't that great. Tacos shell tasted stale. The cup I had broke right in my hand spilling everywhere. Just an aweful experience.

Great burger joint that also has tacos! I'm not a big fan of their tacos though, I feel they are too crispy, but that is just the way they are made. Their burgers are awesome and their lighter options like their chicken is great.
